Welcome to FitLady. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

1. Description of Service

FitLady provides fitness and wellness services including but not limited to:

• 30-day workout programs designed for home exercises
• Custom exercise routines tailored to individual preferences
• Workout tracking and progress monitoring
• Fitness-related educational content

These services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of FitLady, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if you are a minor.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FitLady only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Harass, abuse, discriminate against, or harm another person
• Transmit any material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems
• Use the app in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content from FitLady without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

4. Health and Safety Acknowledgment

By using FitLady, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
• You understand that physical activity involves inherent risks of injury
• You participate in all workouts and exercises at your own risk
• You will stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• You are responsible for performing exercises with proper form and technique

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of FitLady are owned by FitLady and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Workout programs and exercise routines
• Text, graphics, images, and videos
• Logos, brand names, and trademarks
• Software code and application architecture

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal fitness purposes only.

6. Subscription and Payments (If Applicable)

If FitLady offers premium features or subscriptions:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage your subscription through your account settings
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of FitLady at any time
• Add or remove features, programs, or content
• Limit access to certain features based on account type

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitLady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injuries or health issues resulting from use of our programs
• Loss of data or account access
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through in-app notifications. Your continued use of FitLady after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to FitLady at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
